Roadmap Usage Instructions

This roadmap has been developed to support VET providers, trainers, mentors, and education professionals in understanding and applying new models of collaborative work, coworking, and social entrepreneurship.

How to use the roadmap

The roadmap is structured into 6 thematic chapters, which can be followed sequentially or explored independently, depending on learning needs and objectives.

Each chapter includes several types of learning resources:

• Session Plan and Presentation – theoretical background and structured guidance
• Session Recording – audiovisual content for self-paced or blended learning
• Experiential Training Exercises – practical and participatory activities
• Quiz – self-assessment and knowledge consolidation

The roadmap can be used:

• In formal and non-formal training contexts
• As support material for trainers
• For self-directed learning by young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs

Users are encouraged to adapt the content to local contexts and learner profiles, promoting a bottom-up, user-driven learning approach.
